Common Imprint’s reading room presents over 600 independent publications from Asia, open by appointment every Friday and Saturday. It aims to create a shared platform and laboratory for investigating publication-related disciplines from South- East– and East Asia. The space will be for anyone who loves books and will host talks, events, workshops, and exhibitions relating to Asian publications in the field of fine art, photo- graphy, film, design and architecture.
This catalogue illustrates the Common Imprint’s reading room. It features photo- graphs of 50 selected books and their imprints, a text by designer Sanghyeok Lee about his furniture ENFP(1/16), and an interview with Common Imprint by Eunji Park.
